Summer camping weekends
The Cornwall Camping (27th May - 2nd June), Dartmoor Camping (11-13th June) and Symonds Yat (23rd - 30th July) trips are coming up this summer. Please contact the Battens for Cornwall, Heather for Dartmoor and Keith for Symonds Yat as soon as you can to secure a pitch!

Call for photo's!
This year is the 60th anniversary of ULGMC and to celebrate we need your photos and anecdotes before the AGM in October where they will be displayed in all their glory. You can also catch a display board going round the huts on some of the key meets leading up to the AGM where you can submit your pics and stories.
So please send Keith or Heather your memories of the club, by post or email, as soon as you can!
(original photo's will be returned at the AGM, unmarked, or by post on request)

AGM 2010
The 2010 AGM and dinner has now been booked and will be taking place at The Old Dungeon Ghyll in the Lake District. Dinner is booked for the 30th, apologies to those of you who will be unable to attend as a result of this shift of dates. As I mentioned at the AGM the hotel are only willing to be our hosts if we fill the majority of the rooms so could I ask those of you who are planning to stay in the hotel on the 29th and 30th to book as soon as possible (details below). For the rest of us there's Rawhead, kindly booked by Bill Bristow. Please let Bill or myself know if you need a space (you can contact me on the MORE|>CONTACTS tab).
I hope to see as many of you there as possible.
